I am wearing boots today. This does not a happy diva make. Thankfully they are not snow boots. No they are my cute fall/winter leather boots. I actually really like them during the months of say late October to some time in March. On April 28th, not so much. I thought I had put them to bed for the spring. The last couple of weeks have been lovely, lovely, lovely. My toes are painted and the open toed shoes had come out of hibernation. Then "global warming" reared its ugly head and said not so fast flip flop girl. Today it is 41 degrees outside. Our high is to be 43. Ah well, it could be worse, I heard somewhere in Wisconsin was supposed to get 4 inches of snow over the weekend. ACK! Also tulips are blooming, lawns are being mowed, trees have baby leaves on them, grills are being fired up on a regular basis, grass stains and skinned knees have appeared on my children, so I know we are headed in the right direction. I am hoping that today is the last day for my boots!
