As long as he didn't wear the same pair of underwear all week I'd call it good!

we had a sleepover here too..hubby's out of town so had a sleep over w/ my boys...I was up at 2, 3 and again at 5...but then would cuddle into them and all would be calm for a bit...

I know I'll miss these days one day! Until then, I won't mind sleepless nights

i'm laughing so hard at the whirling dervish statement...that's me and my poor husband made us buy a king sized bed because he'd wake up in the middle of the night with a knee in his back :-)

hope you have a wonderful rest of the summer!!!

Oh good. Thanks for this, I feel all caught up now! :)

what is it about sleepovers and the kids not staying still, and in their own beds they don't even move??
thanks for the randomness, I am back in the loop!!

When we were visiting right after Jay was born, Nikki was only 18 months old. Newborn Jay was, of course, in his parent's room, but Nikki was in the room next to us. I heard her wake up in the middle of the night, so went and got her (so that she wouldn't wake up DIL and Gunny), and put her in bed with us. When we woke up in the morning, she had turned around with her cute little feet up next to our heads. And one foot was draped over Hubby's shoulder, with her chubby little foot patting his cheek! I've always loved that memory.
